About me...

Cochran is thirty years old, originally from Dallas, TX but currently living in Brooklyn, NY. An alumni of Abilene Christian University where he received his BFA in musical theatre. In the last five years Cochran has enjoyed touring with the & Peggy and Philip Companies of Hamilton: An American Musical as Dance Captain, Ensemble Male Swing and King George III & John Laurens/Philip Hamilton Cover. Most recently Cochran was seen in the premier of The Harder They Come at The Public Theatre, NYC. Previous touring productions include Dreamgirls International, Bring It On International, and Mamma Mia. Eean has been blessed to work at many regional theaters such as The Public Theatre, Alley Theatre, Cleveland Playhouse, La Jolla Playhouse, PaperMIll Playhouse, Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Marriott Theatre, Casa Mañana, and The Legacy Theatre. Having been in shows such as The Wiz, Newsies, Freaky Friday: Musical, A Bronx Tale: Premiere, Tarzan, Hairspray, and Jospeh (Dreamcoat). Cochran’s performance training has blessed him to be able to travel across the U.S., Russia, and Japan. Appreciating and acknowledging those that have graced the way before him and each teacher he has sat under, Cochran enjoys teaching and coaching as well as choreographing any time he receives the chance. This passion has brought him challenging and wonderful opportunities such as choreographing entire shows, dance showcases, guest choreographing single and multiple dance numbers, teaching workshops and master classes and being dance captain in many productions. Cochran cannot begin to express his gratitude for such an exciting life of theatre, and knows he has much more to look forward to!
